Finite Element Analysis (FEA) woh technical tool hai jo aapke product ko virtual taur par torture karta hai (stress, heat, aur vibration apply karta hai) taake woh asal duniya mein fail na ho. FEA shuru karne se pehle, model ki be-fayda (unnecessary) chizon (jaise ke small chamfers ya logos) ko hata diya jata hai. Phir model ko ek “mesh” mein taqseem kiya jata hai. Agar mesh buhat buri (coarse) ho, to result ghalat hoga.

Step B: Boundary Conditions Aur Load Apply Karna

Yeh sab se zaroori step hai. Is mein hum FEA software ko batate hain:

  • Fixed Supports: Part kahan se bandha hua hai.
  • Applied Load: Part par kitna wazan ya force pad raha hai.
  • Material Properties: Part kis dhaat (material) se bana hua hai (Misaal: Stainless Steel).

Step C: Results Ko Sahi Tareeqay Se Padna
